I offer a free telephone consultation (up to 30 mins) where we can get a sense of each other and whether we might be able to work together.

How many sessions will I need?

As everyone is a unique individual this will differ for each person. Therapy sessions can vary from one session, 6 sessions, or longer. It is your choice how long you continue your sessions for.
