As a sole trader I am both a data controller and processor and so I am solely responsible for all data in my company.

Data I collect?

• I will collect only what is necessary for me to establish an understanding of who you are for the sole purpose of your therapy - your name and contact details.

• If it is decided that no therapy will take place then any data I have collected will be securely destroyed on that same day.

Viewing my website:

• My website is designed using a third party (Wix.com) where data such as how many people have visited my website and the pages they have viewed, there is nothing to identify who people are, only numbers. Wix.com do not have any access to any of this data.

• Wix.com's analytics allows me to continuously update my website in order to improve the service I wish to provide for you.​

Emails:​

All emails are deleted immediately I have read them unless they require further action, once this has been completed all correspondence is deleted.
